ABOUT US
We believe your photos are worth protecting.
While many of us have thousands of photographs scattered across our phones, laptops or hidden away in boxes, it can be hard to know what to do with them. So many run the risk of being lost forever.
Nothing gives The Photo Gatherer more pleasure than breathing new life into these collections.

We help people find, organise and celebrate their photos, and create beautiful albums they will actually use and love.
WHO WE ARE
A portrait photographer turned
Certified Photo Manager
Founder Rebecca is a portrait photographer turned Certified Photo Manager who is passionate about helping people not just organise their photos, but actually enjoy them again.
The Photo Gatherer was born from Rebecca's own experience. Like so many people, she had thousands of photos across multiple devices, printed collections she had never sorted, and a growing sense that the memories were slipping away unseen. She built this service so that other people would not face the same problem.
As a portrait photographer, Rebecca has spent years understanding what makes a moment worth capturing and preserving. That creative eye is at the heart of everything The Photo Gatherer does.
"The overwhelm is real. So is the relief on the other side of it."

WHAT WE BELIEVE
A few things that matter to us
We believe every photo collection tells a real family story, and every one deserves to be treated with care and respect. Privacy matters deeply to us and is at the heart of everything we do. We use professional print labs and quality materials because your memories deserve quality, not shortcuts. And we believe the process should feel easy from the very first conversation. You came to us because it felt overwhelming. Our job is to change that.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
You are in the right place if
-
Thousands of photos on your phone and you cannot find a specific memory when you need it.
-
A parent has passed and left boxes of prints, albums, slides and negatives you do not know what to do with.
-
You have been meaning to for years. You have the photos. You just never have the time or the energy to start.
-
No backup system, old devices you are afraid to lose, photos that exist in only one place. You know you need to sort it.
-
An anniversary album, a family yearbook, a legacy collection. Something that will be held and treasured, not forgotten in a drawer.
-
The collection is too big, too scattered, too overwhelming. You need someone to take it off your hands and tell you it is going to be fine.
Your camera roll is out of control
You have inherited a photo collection
You want to make a photo book
You are worried about losing everything
You want a gift that actually means something
You just do not know where to start
A PERSONAL NOTE FROM REBECCA
Why this work matters
I think about the photos that will not survive. The ones on a phone that gets lost, or a hard drive that fails, or a box that gets damaged. The ones nobody ever got around to scanning. The ones that hold the face of someone who is no longer here.
Those photos are irreplaceable. Once they are gone, they are gone, and with them a piece of your story that nobody can get back.
That is what drives this work. The fact that someone gets to keep something they almost lost, and that the people and moments in those photographs are not forgotten.
That is worth doing. And I am grateful every day that it is what I get to do.
