You use it to submit your photos from your camera roll, iCloud, Google Photos, or any other source. For photos on old devices or hard drives, we'll agree on the best way to get those across at the discovery call. You don't need to be technical, We'll walk you through every step.

Yes. Your upload link is personal to you and your project, nobody else has access to it. Your photos are treated with complete confidentiality throughout the process and are never shared, published, or used for any purpose other than your project. Privacy and trust are the foundation of everything I do.

Once your organised collection has been delivered and you've confirmed receipt, your photos are securely deleted from our system. You'll also receive guidance to set up your own 3-2-1 backup system, meaning your photos live in three places, on two different formats, with one copy offsite. From that point forward, your collection is entirely in your hands and fully protected.

Yes, We work with photos from any device or platform. iPhone, Android, iCloud, Google Photos, Dropbox, old laptops, camera cards, USBs, even CDs. If your photos are on it, I can work with it. Mixed collections spanning multiple platforms and devices are very common and entirely manageable, that's often where the most important work happens.
