Yes, for printed photo organising, a home visit is part of the process. We come to you, take a full inventory of your collection wherever it lives in your home, and map out a family timeline before anything is moved or sorted. This is the most important step, and it's something I always do in person. Based in Dublin and work throughout Ireland.

Your original prints are always returned to you. Nothing is kept. After sorting and scanning, we return everything in protective boxes that are clearly labelled and built to last for generations. Your photos are handled with the same care we’d give our own family’s.

It depends on the size and complexity of your collection. A smaller collection of up to 100 photos typically takes one to two weeks from the home visit. Larger or more complex collections, including inherited albums, slides, and negatives, take longer and will be scoped properly at the discovery call. I'll always give you a realistic timeline before we begin so you know exactly what to expect.

In two formats. Your digital scans are delivered on a flash drive in a clear, chronological folder structure, ready to back up, share, or use as the basis for a photo book. Your original prints are returned in labelled protective boxes. We’ll also walk you through setting up a 3-2-1 backup system so your digital scans are protected from the moment you receive them.

Slides and negatives are very much part of what we do. Many clients inherit collections that include decades of slides or negative strips that haven't been viewed in years. These are scanned at high resolution and delivered digitally alongside any prints.
